Corrective Maintenance:

It is about restoring the network within stipulated timeline in case of sudden damages or cuts. The activity includes:

1. Deployment of jointing teams on OFC alignment as per SLA.
2. Emergency restoration of traffic by splicing the live fibers within the given SLA Time

Preventive Maintenance:

It is about preventing the network against probability of damages which may occur due to expected civil works, rodent attacks, or any pre-defined activity.

Salient features include:

• To protect the laid optical fiber cable from potential threats through civil service for re-routing, backfilling of exposed trench, concreting etc.
• These services charged on the basis of BOQ based pricing.
• This also includes the services required for testing and maintaining the link budget.
• Link testing of new sections at the time of HO/TO lying within the AOR of respected teams .

Security Surveillance

LTE provide 24/7 patrolling services for surveillance and monitoring of deployed Optical network.

Salient features include:

• Patrollers on Motor Bikes deployed for surveillance of specified AOR.
• Dedicated Specialist is responsible for OFC deployed length within AOR.
• Regional Manager is responsible for complete region.
